USDA AUTHORIZATION: CODE L2

This digestant is acceptable as an enzymatic compound for use in sewage and/or drain lines in official establishments operating under USDA inspection programs.
  • U.S.D.A. APPROVED FOR USE IN PROCESS AREAS OF FEDERALLY INSPECTED MEAT AND POULTRY PLANTS.
  • NON-ACID * NON-CAUSTIC * NON-SOLVENT
  • REDUCE PROBLEMS AND DOWNTIME ASSOCIATED WITH MEAT AND POULTRY PLANT DRAINS DUE TO MEAT FLAKES, FAT AND GREASE STOPPAGES
  • DIGESTS ORGANIC WASTE * ELIMINATES MALODORS

L2 Natural Drain Opener Formula 157 is a ready-to-use product that combines the potent waste-digesting properties of natural enzymes and special multi-cultured strains of natural bacteria. These Bacillus bacteria spores (both anaerobic and aerobic) are cultured for the ability to digest waste quickly, efficiently and without odors!

These bacteria are combined with FREE ENZYMES using a patented stabilization process. The enzymes work synergisticly with bacteria to quickly break down proteins, starch, carbohydrates, animal and vegetable fats to provide the fastest action available in a liquid digestant.

DESCRIPTION:
Combining the synergistic power of FREE ENZYMES and specially multi-cultured bacteria strains, this product has tremendous waste-digesting power in a convenient liquid form. It introduces millions of beneficial bacteria to digest waste and eliminate odors in plumbing, grease traps, septic systems and all other waste systems. This product contains bacterial spores - no vegetative cells that might cause spoilage - and high levels of free enzymes to provide the most effective action. Contains no solvents, acids or caustics, and will not harm any type of plumbing. Eliminate odors and waste the natural way!

FORMULATION:
Stable liquid suspension of multi-cultured bacterial spores from the bacillus strain, cultured for high enzymatic activity for fast and complete digestion. Contains no Salmonella, E. coli, Pseudomonas or gram negative bacteria. Each lot certified Salmonella free by an independent laboratory analysis.

APPLICATION:
SINKS, FLOOR DRAINS, URINALS AND TOILETS: Use 2 ounces once each week in every drain and allow to work overnight. For drains that receive large amounts of organic matter (kitchen and floor drains, laundry sinks and drains), increase the treatment to 4 to 6 ounces, as often as every other day. For best results, add digestant at the end of the day or when flow to the drain is low. Bleach, disinfectants and harsh drain openers may kill the bacteria. Allow several hours after the use of these products, then re-treat with digestant.
GREASE TRAPS: For average size grease traps (about 20 cubic feet), use one quart added directly to trap or through drain. Then use one pint per week for maintenance.
SEPTIC TANKS: Use 2 to 4 quarts for initial treatment of 500 gallon tank. For weekly maintenance, use 1 pint for each 5 people on the system. Treat drain and leach beds by pouring into the distribution boxes or vents.
SEWER LATERALS: Laterals are treated during periods of low flow by adding through manholes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
SHAKE OR MIX WELL BEFORE USE. SINKS, FLOOR DRAINS, URINALS AND TOILETS: Use 2 ounces of Formula 157 once per week in every drain and allow to work overnight. For drains that receive large amounts of organic matter (kitchen and floor drains, laundry sinks and drains), increase the treatment to 4 to 6 ounces, as often as every other day. For best results, treat at the end of day or other period of lowest flow. To prevent loosened debris from causing obstructions, always begin the treatment program by treating the lower floors first. Bleach, harsh drain openers and disinfectants may kill the bacteria. Allow several hours after the use of these products, then re-treat with Formula 157.
